Mandatory Qualifications

• A recognized degree or diploma in business, leadership, management or computing science
• At least 10 years of experience with strategic planning, change management, human resource management, organization development, executive coaching, and/or interim management.
• Experience with risk management
• Experience with stakeholder management
• Experience with group facilitation
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

Desirable Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
• Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree
• CMC designation from the Canadian Association of Management Consultants (CMC-Canada)
• CMA designation from the Certified Management Accountants of Canada (CMA-Canada)
• CHRP designation from the Canadian Council of Human Resources Associations (CCHRA)
• ACC/PCC/MCC designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF)
