Daryl Johnson, Associate Consultant

Daryl has over 20 years of extensive Human Resource leadership and senior management experience within the private and public sectors. He holds a Master Degree in Leadership and Training, a Certified Executive Coach certificate, a Bachelor of Education degree and maintains both the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designations. He is currently a part-time faculty member at the University of Alberta, Faculty of Extension, Concordia University College and Grant MacEwan University lecturing in Strategic Human Resource Management, HR Planning and Compensation and Management Foundations. He is actively involved in the U of A’s MBA and B. Comm. and MacEwan’s mentorship programs. Daryl was the organizational transformation and compensation consulting practice director for three different international management consulting firms based in Edmonton. During this time, his focus was on assisting a wide variety of clients in the review, design, implementation and administration of strategic Human Resource programs that supported organizational effectiveness and change.

Prior to his consulting experience, Daryl worked in senior Human Resource leadership and managerial roles in the engineering and telecommunications industries.
